These terms and conditions govern the use of the Rivoo platform, including the casino, sportsbook and any associated promotions. By creating an account, players agree to be bound by the rules set out below. Rivoo reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with material changes communicated to registered players by email.

Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher, to register an account. Rivoo does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus funds forfeited.

Account Registration

Registration requires accurate personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, address and a valid email address. Providing false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds. Identity verification (know-your-customer checks) may be requested at any time and is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Rivoo does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees may apply to unusually frequent or small cash-out requests, as detailed in the payments section of the account dashboard. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks, and Rivoo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending further verification.

Bonus Terms

• The 150% welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only, up to a maximum of €1,500, with a minimum qualifying deposit of €20.
• Wagering requirement is 35 times the bonus amount before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contribution rates: 100% for video slots, 10% for table games, 0% for live dealer and jackpot titles.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them expire 30 days after crediting if wagering is not completed.
• Maximum stake per spin or hand while a bonus is active is €5; larger stakes may void the bonus.
• Rivoo reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer in cases of suspected abuse, including the use of betting patterns designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements.
• Only one active bonus is permitted per account at any time unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion’s terms.

Responsible Gambling

Rivoo provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and permanent self-exclusion. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to contact a relevant support organisation. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the selected exclusion period ends, regardless of subsequent requests.

Fair Play and Game Rules

All games are supplied by licensed third-party providers and are subject to independent testing for random number generation and return-to-player accuracy. In the event of a software malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Game round history is available on request through customer support for a limited retention period.

Account Suspension and Closure

Rivoo may suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, multiple accounts or breach of these terms. Players may close their own account at any time through account settings or by contacting support, subject to the resolution of any pending withdrawals or verification checks.

Limitation of Liability

Rivoo is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays or events outside its reasonable control. The platform is provided on an as-is basis, and while every effort is made to ensure uptime and accuracy of odds and game outcomes, occasional technical errors may occur and will be corrected in line with the fair play policy above.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rivoo holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved directly with customer support may be referred to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider as listed on the licensing authority’s website.
